We are actively seeking individuals for the following position(s):

CDL Driver - Dump Truck

Odling Construction is hiring an experienced CDL driver to operate dump trucks hauling material to and from active job sites. This is a steady, full-time role with a company that values safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate, dirt, and construction materials

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Load and unload material per site supervisor instructions

  • Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT regulations

  • Communicate with site foremen and dispatch throughout the day

Requirements

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record

  • 2+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience (dump truck experience preferred)

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
